- Looking for the lowest ticket price has never been easier. The “Flexible Traveler” option allows
you to view the prices and dates of our flights for the city pairing
you’ve chosen, one month at a time. By using this tool you will be able
to find the lowest fares that best fit your travel needs.

How can I book a

- Booking a flight on usa3000.com is quick and easy. From our
homepage, click the “Book a Flight” button on the right side of the page,
or click here
to go to our reservations page. The reservations engine will walk you
through the 4-step purchasing process. All you need to do is enter your
information.
How do I book a
round-trip flight?
- To book a round-trip flight, please visit our homepage and click
on our “Book a Flight” button, or click here
to go to our reservations page.
Before you enter your travel plans, click on the “Round Trip”
button. Enter your travel information and click the “Next” button to
select your departing and returning flights.
How do I book a
one-way flight?

“Book a Flight” button, or click here

Before you enter your travel plans, click on the “One Way”
button. Enter your travel
information and click the “Next” button to select your flight.
How do I modify my
itinerary during the booking process?
- If you need to adjust your travel plans while you are booking,
simply click on the “Go Back” button located at the bottom of your
screen. This will allow you to return to the prior screen and make
adjustments to your reservations. You may make adjustments to travel
plans at any point before you click on the “Book Flight” button. If you
have already booked your flight and need to change your reservations,
please call our Reservations Department, toll-free, at 1-877-USA3000.
If I don't have a
credit card, can I still book a reservation on usa3000.com?
- You may book flights on usa3000.com using either a credit card or
the Western Union payment option (To learn more about the Western Union
payment option please click here).
Cash purchases are only accepted at select airport locations. Please call our Reservations
Department at 1-877-USA3000 to ask for the closest airport location that
accepts cash payments.
How soon before a
flight can I book a ticket on usa3000.com?
- If you need to book a trip and fly in the same day, please search
for your specific flight on usa3000.com or call the Reservations
Department at 1-877-872-3000. If
there is a flight available on to same day you are booking, you may book
that flight until 4 hours before the departure time.
- If a flight is not available, go back to the reservations page and
check the “Flexible Traveler” box.
This will allow you to view the earliest available flights and
choose an alternative.
How many flights can
I book in one itinerary on usa3000.com?
- The maximum number of adults per booking is six (6). You can book up to six (6) round-trip
tickets or up to six(6) one-way segments. If you are making reservations
for 7-12 adults please call our Reservations Department at 1-877-USA3000.
If you are booking more then 12 adults please call our Groups Department
at 610-359-6545.
How many passengers
can I book in one reservation on-line?
- You can book up to 6 adults and 1 infant per on-line reservation.

Can I make a
reservation for anyone?
- When a reservation is made, at least one of the following two
criteria needs to be met:
- The credit card holder is personally making the reservations.
- The credit card holder will be one of the passengers on board the
flight.
Can I request
special assistance when making my reservation on usa3000.com?
- Unfortunately, we are not able to record special assistance
requests through our on-line booking engine. If you would like to request special assistance for a
flight, please call our Reservations Department at 1-877-USA3000.
Why does USA3000
choose to display one-way segment prices instead of round-trip prices?
- Displaying one-way segments allows you to choose your dates of
travel based on greatest convenience and best possible price. To purchase a round-trip flight,
simply select the “Round Trip” option, and choose two (2) one-way trips.
Reserving your Seats
Does
USA3000 allow me to reserve a specific seat on a flight?
- Yes, you may reserve a specific seat for your
flight while you are booking on usa3000.com or by calling our
Reservations Department at 1-877-USA3000. A $10 fee applies to each pre-reserved seat.
Where
can I view the seating chart on usa3000.com?
- After you have chosen your flights and have
moved on to Step 3 of the booking process, you can reserve seats by checking
the box in the red “Select Your Seats Now” section. Continue filling out the form. After you have clicked on the “Next”
button, a seating chart will appear and you will be able to click and
select the seats that you would like to reserve.
How do I
select the seats that I would like?
- During Step 3 of the booking process, check
the box in the red “Select Your Seats Now” section. After you have clicked the “Next”
button, a seating chart will appear.
Using your mouse, click on the available seats that you would like
to reserve.
What if
I have booked my flight and forgot to reserve my seats? Can I go back?
- If you forgot to book your seats while making
a reservation at usa3000.com, please call our Reservations Department at
1-877-USA3000 and they will be happy to assist you with your request.
How can
I be assigned a seat in the Emergency Exit Row?
- You cannot reserve Emergency Exit Row seats
prior to check-in. You may
request to have an Emergency Exit Row seat when you check-in for your
flight. The seats will be assigned on a first come first serve basis at
the airport check-in counter.
Payment Options
What is
a CV2 code?
o
A security code, or CV2 code, is a specific number
assigned to your credit card as an additional security precaution. All credit
and debit cards carry a security code number. On most cards, the security code
number is the last three digits of the number printed on the back, at the top
right of the signature strip. You will be required to enter this additional
security number before your transaction can be completed.
*American Express puts the number on the front of the card above the credit
card account number.
Where is
the CV2 security code located?
- The security code is typically located on the
back of your card, usually on or near the signature panel. However, the actual location may vary
from card to card.
Can I
apply the credit of an unused ticket or travel voucher as credit towards and
on-line ticket purchase?
- When you are ready to redeem a USA3000 credit
or voucher please call our Reservations Department at 1-877-USA3000. One
of our reservation agents will be happy to book your flight for you. Unfortunately, we are unable to use
credits or balances as payment through our on-line booking engine at
USA3000.com. We apologize for the
inconvenience.
Can I
receive an adjustment on a prior flight purchase?
- No retroactive adjustments are made to prior
bookings. If you have any questions or concerns please call our Customer
Service Department at
1-888-479-3001.
If the
fare I have purchased goes up, do I have to pay the difference?
- No.
You are only responsible for the initial fare price paid and
applicable taxes of the purchased tickets.
Does
USA3000 provide any bereavement refunds?
- In the event of a death in the immediate
family, please contact our Customer Service Department at
1-888-479-3001. They will be
happy to discuss your situation and survey your available options.
Holding, Viewing and Changing
Reservations on USA3000.com
Can I make changes
to a reservation that I have already made on usa3000.com?
- Once you click on the “Book Flight” button, you will be unable to
make any changes on the website. If you need to make changes to your
reservation, please contact our Reservations Department at 1-877-USA3000.
How can I view my
reservations?
- After you have submitted your reservation, you will receive an
e-mail to the account you have provided.
This e-mail will include your confirmation number and itinerary.
If you need further assistance please call our Customer Service
Department at 1-888-479-3001.
Can I cancel my
reservations on usa3000.com?
- Cancellations cannot be made online. If you need to cancel you reservation for any reason please
call our Reservations Department at 1-877-USA3000 as soon as possible.
Traveling With Children
How old does my child need to be in order to travel
alone?
- A child must be at
least 5 years old to travel alone.
Children between the ages of 5 and 12 are only permitted to travel
on non-stop Domestic flights or on Domestic flights that do not require a
plane change. Proof of age may be
required. Be sure to bring the
child’s passport or a copy of their birth certificate to the airport.
Is there a fee when a child is traveling alone?
- An “Unaccompanied Minor” fee of $50 per child
per flight segment must be paid in full at the time of reservation.
What is
the process for a child traveling alone?
- To book an unaccompanied minor, please call
our Reservations Department at 1-877-USA3000. On the day of the flight, the unaccompanied minor should check-in
2 hours before departure. The
sending adult is required to accompany the child to the gate and remain
at the airport until the flight has taken off for its destination. After the flight departs, it is
helpful to call the family member or friend in the arrival city and
inform them that the child is safely on-board and on their way!
- If the receiving party arrives early enough,
they may be issued a gate pass to be allowed to meet the child directly
after they deplane. Otherwise, it
is recommended that the family members or friend meet the child at the
baggage claim area. (In order to pass
through the checkpoint, a Government issued federal or state photo ID is
required. If a USA3000 agent is not available or if the flight is a late
evening arrival, and the security checkpoint is closed, the meeting party
may only meet the child at the designated baggage-claim area.)
- Unaccompanied
children between the ages of 5 and 12 are escorted off the aircraft by a
flight attendant or ground personnel and are released to the designated
adult who must produce positive photo identification and sign the
Unaccompanied Child Form.
- Before
sending an unaccompanied minor on a USA3000 flight, please refer to the Unaccompanied
Children paragraphs on our passenger information pages.
How do I
make reservations for my child who is traveling alone?
- Please call our Reservations Department at
1-877-USA3000 when making a reservation for an unaccompanied minor. When making reservations please advise
the USA3000 reservations agent that the booking is for an unaccompanied
child and provide the age of the child.
My child
takes medication. Will she be allowed to take her medication aboard the flight?
- Yes, USA3000 strongly urges all passengers to
carry any medication that they will need in their carry-on bag.
Passengers with Special Needs
How do I
make arrangements for special assistance?
- All passengers who require special assistance
must make their reservations through our Reservations Department by
calling 1-877-USA3000.
If I will
need a wheelchair, do I need to advise USA3000 in advance?
- If you require any special assistance, we ask
that you call our Reservations Department at 1-877-USA3000 at least 24
hours prior to departure and inform us of your needs. Your notification will help us provide
you with the most helpful service.
What if
I require special seating on the aircraft?
- We will do everything in our power to ensure
the comfort of our passengers.
This includes providing special seating for all of our passengers
with disabilities, if possible.
What if
I have a service animal?
- USA3000 Airlines will gladly accommodate all
working service animals on all of our flights.
What if
I have a medical condition and need to travel with oxygen?
- Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate
any forms of compressed air containers, including personal oxygen
containers. These containers are
not permitted onboard. If you need
further assistance please call our Customer Service Department at
1-888-479-3001.
What if
I need to take medication while on-board a flight?
- All prescription medications may be taken
during the flight. USA3000
strongly urges all passengers to carry any medication that they will need
in their carry-on bag.
May I
take an electric wheelchair or scooter on-board with me?
- We will accommodate all electric wheelchairs
and scooters, however the batteries must be removed and the chair will be
gate checked. We encourage
passengers to take the battery onboard with them to minimize the possibility
of damage.
What if
I am traveling with my own wheelchair?
- We will accommodate one wheelchair in the
main cabin per flight. This service is provided on a first-come,
first-serve basis. All other wheelchairs will be gate checked and
transported in the hold.
What if
I am hearing impaired or visually impaired?
- We will always assist our hearing impaired
and visually impaired passengers. However, if a hearing impaired or
visually impaired passenger is traveling alone we recommend enrolling in
our “Assisted Service” program, which will enable our team to be prepared
for any additional assistance you may need during your trip. To learn more about this program,

CHANGES
IN LUGGAGE POLICY EFFECTIVE MAY 1, 2008:
Luggage Information:
How many
bags can I check?
- Each passenger
traveling on scheduled flights may check for free: one (1) bag weighing
no more than 50 lbs and measuring 62 linear inches or less (length +
width + height). Luggage that
does not meet these requirements will incur additional charges.
What are
the charges for overweight and excess baggage?
- Any bag over 50
lbs will be charged an excess fee. No bags over 70 lbs will be accepted for
carriage.
- Additional Bag
(weight not to exceed 50 lbs): $25 charge
- Excess weight
(over 50 lbs): $25 charge
- All items in excess of one (1) checked bag
per passenger will be accepted subject to availability of space on each
flight.
What is
my carry-on baggage allowance?
- Passengers may
have one carry-on item that must fit under the airplane seat, and one
personal item (computer, pocketbook, briefcase, etc.). Carry-on baggage
MUST fit in a space no larger than 24" x 16" x 10". If a
carry-on does not fit into the USA3000 sizing box at the airport, it must
be checked and the passenger may be charged accordingly. We do not accept liability for damage
sustained to carry-on items.
Will
USA3000 transport sporting equipment?
- Yes.
For a fee, we will transport the following sporting equipment:
- Golf Bags: $50
charge
- Surfboards /
Boogie boards: $50 charge
- Windsurfer: $50
charge
- Bicycle: $50
charge
What do I do if luggage is lost?
- Report your claim
immediately! Do not leave the airport until you have spoken to a USA3000
Airlines Agent or Handling Agent Representative.
- Passengers must
report pilferage no more than 24 hours after arrival to our local airport
office for consideration. Reports of pilferage after the initial 24 hours
will not be processed
- A claim form
(Property Irregularity Report - PIR) will be completed and tracing of the
mishandled bag will begin at your arrival station for 5 days. Everything
possible will be done to promptly trace, recover, and return your
luggage.
- If
we have not located and recovered your bag after 5 days, your file will
be forwarded to our Headquarters for investigation and resolution or
settlement. If a settlement file is established, you will be asked to
provide documentation in support of your claim.

claims.
What do I do if my luggage is damaged?
- Any luggage damage
must be reported to a USA3000 Airline representative BEFORE you leave the
airport. Claims for damaged luggage cannot be made after you leave the
airport.
- USA3000 Airlines
is not liable for damage to wheels, pull handles, zippers, zipper pull
tabs, pockets, flaps, hanger hooks or locks attached to the bag.
- USA3000 Airlines
is not responsible for damage that does not impair the ability of luggage
to function, and specifically is not liable for damage arising from the
normal wear and tear of handling, including scratches, scuffs, punctures,
and marks.
- USA3000 Airlines
is not liable for the loss of, damage to or delay in delivery of any
fragile or perishable item or liquid, or damage caused to other contents
of the bag caused by said fragile or perishable item or liquid. We are
not liable for damage resulting from overstuffed, oversized, or
overweight bags.
What are the limitations regarding USA3000’s
luggage liability?
- USA3000
Airlines is not responsible for damage to sporting equipment such as golf
clubs, their cases and bags, surfboards, soft-sided bags, musical
instruments, and other similar items.
- USA3000 Airlines is not responsible for the
loss or damage to articles that are strapped, fastened, or otherwise
secured to the outside checked luggage.
- USA3000 Airlines is not responsible for the
delay, loss, or damage of the following items in checked luggage:
